Ralf, the founder of AMB Talent! has a maritime background as certified ship broker. He worked in senior roles within the Cruise- Ferry and Aviation Industry, e.g. the German Red Cross in a Refugee Project in Indonesia, Marketing Manager at DFDS Scandinavian Seaways, Sales Manager North Germany for British Airways, Marketing Director at Hapag- Lloyd Cruises, MD - Germany for Festival Cruises. Besides his maritime focus he parallel grabbed an assignment to find a perfumer for drom fragrances. With very little knowledge, but high engagement and creativity it worked well. From then on he filled many roles for drom in Germany, France, China, UK and the US. This always remained a side activity on AMB but with every filled role the knowledge and network about this fascinating industry grew. Gradually, other international market leader became his customers.
He worked and lived in the UK, Australia, Singapore, Indonesia, Italy, Switzerland, Germany, the Netherlands, Cyprus and Portugal. Ralf is a Talent Acquisition Expert since 1999. Besides running an agency Ralf has in-house recruitment experience gained within a large multinational US technology company.
